Steve has been a small business entrepreneur for over 35 years, starting and selling many of his own business and developing industries that were not there prior to his business. Steve is a published author with four books on Amazon, a featured speaker at industry events and conferences over the years and has been featured on radio and television over thirty times.
Steve has raised capital for startup business domestically and internationally and has successfully bought and sold several businesses.
Steve began his career in 1987 as a CPA working for Deloitte, Haskins and Sells (now known as Deloitte and Touche) for 2 years. While working for Deloitte, Steve started and built his own accounting practice, Fulton, and Miller, and eventually left Deloitte to focus on his own practice with Fulton and own his own for the next 6 years.
Steve provided tax, account, and business management to his clients and eventually sold his practice to Fulton.
After selling his account practice, Steve started one of the leading Kodak PhotoCD imaging service bureaus in California.
Steve was instrumental in promoting and marketing the Kodak PhotoCD technology in the 1990’s, authored many articles for industry magazines and was a featured speaker at many industry events.
Miller Media & Imaging grew to two locations in Santa Monica and Burbank and PhotoCD image scanning 24/7, over 10,000 images a day.
Steve was an active member in PMA, Photo Marketing Association and on the board of directors for DIMA, Digital Imaging Marketing Association.
Kodak consulted with Steve on the future of digital imaging and their PhotoCD technology along with several visits to Kodak in Rochester, NY.
Miller Media & Imaging hosted several Photo CD conferences and tradeshows attended by thousands of people wanting to learn about the new imaging technology.
Steve then sold his second company to Media Hippo Inc., an interactive agency that focused on web, DVD, and multimedia development that came to age in the original dot com days.
Steve stayed on and managed over seventy plus employee firm that focused on Web Design and DVD/CD-ROM development.
Media Hippo’s major focus was on the entertainment industry servicing clients including Sony, Disney and Warner Brothers and Columbia/Tri-Star Home Video where Media Hippo managed a $3 million project creating and building out full online management system to manage all shows sold in syndication that was previously managed by analog systems.
Media Hippo also funded and incubated many of the original Dot Com companies that were completely interned based.
Media Hippo often took positions in those companies in return for our services and ultimately as the Dot Com wave came to a crashing end, so did MediaHippo – closed company We developed the first online site to sell DVDs for Warner Brothers.
Next Steve Started Tier 3 Technology and Ractive Media Inc. serving as President/CEO, of both sister companies.
Tier 3 Technology, Inc. led the way in developing online photo processing systems applications for the Independent Photo Imaging Labs around the nation. Provided photo labs with the ability to offer digital imaging solutions to the customers over the internet.
In 2005 the system was sold back to the organization responsible for distributing the online photo processing application to its member labs and eventually sold the online photo processing system back to Independent Photo Imagers.
Ractive Media, Inc. produced and authored DVDs for the entertainment and corporate community. Produced and authored over two hundred titles. Steve sold his interest in Ractive Media back to his partners.
Next Steve Founded Auto Services Direct, Inc, Ticketbust.com, serving as its’ President/CEO. TicketBust.com was a professional legal document filing agency focusing exclusively on assisting drivers in processing Trial by Written Declarations to contest traffic tickets issued in the state of California.
We assist drivers with fighting speeding tickets, red light camera tickets, cell phone tickets, and other traffic tickets by exclusively using Trial By Written Declaration to contest their traffic tickets.
TicketBust.com was also responsible for TicketHitman.com and TrafficTicketSuperHero.com.
Steve purchased a competitor of TicketBust.com, TicketKick.com, and completely updated their service and integrated their offering with those of TicketBust.com.
During this time, Steve authored two books That can be found on Amazon to help people fight traffic tickets, including:

Finally, Steve merged TicketBust.com into GetDismissed.com.
Founded in 2014, The Ticket Advocate, LLC, GetDismissed.com was created as the easiest way to contest and dismiss a California traffic Ticket without going to court with a Trial by Written Declaration.
This was the very first fully automated system where drivers could upload a picture of their traffic ticket and driver’s license and answer an online questionnaire about their ticket and our system would dynamically generate their full defense package that they could print, sign and mail to the court.
Steve has been leading the fight against traffic tickets for almost 20 years. Practically inventing this industry. Steve has been featured as an authority on many television, radio, and online networks discussing traffic tickets in California.
In addition to being a thought leader and business entrepreneur, Steve authored two more books That can be found on Amazon to help people fight traffic tickets.

In 2023, Steve sold GetDismissed.com to an International company, Road Protect based in South Africa.
During Steve’s tenure with GetDismissed, he was able to accomplish the following:
• Raised $325K from friends and family for an initial proof of concept
• Created the first fully online traffic fighting system
• Based on a $3 million valuation 1 year later, consummated a series A round of financing from an international company in South Africa
• Created the first traffic ticket protection subscription where drivers could fight traffic tickets for free
• 2023 – Sold the company based on a $5 million valuation
Steve graduated from California State University Northridge with a BS in Accounting in 1986.

Aric has been a small business entrepreneur for over 35 years, starting and selling his own business and conceptualizing businesses the revolutionized various industries.
Aric is an accomplished speaker and contributor on various subject matters related to small business growth and strategies.
Aric’s experience includes owning a CPA firm, serving as CFO/COO of various public and private companies, and successfully growing several businesses from startup to multimillion dollars of annual revenue.
Aric graduated from Cal State University Northridge with a degree in Accounting in 1987. His work experience began with a two-year stint at Coopers & Lybrand followed by eight years of partnership in two of his own different accounting firms. Aric’s specialties were small business consulting, taxes, and expert witness testimony.
In 1999, Aric embarked on a five-year career in the private sector, garnering experience in the international arena during this time, before starting his own business in the merchant processing industry.
Aric spent over twenty years building a company that was the leader in the company’s specific niche within the industry. The company eventually grew to over twenty employees and ten million dollars in annual revenue.
Aric’s diversified background in consulting, finance and operations provided the opportunity for him to mentor and guide many small business owners through both positive growth and turnaround situations.
These included guidance on cashflow management, raising of capital, employee management issues, strategic growth planning, business plan writing, and competitive market analysis.
Aric has also served as a board member for both public and private companies.
